Iverson Construction, Inc. is a full service, 3rd generation construction company located in Simi Valley, California. Their family owned business began in 1973 and specializes in custom homes, residential remodeling and commercial property development. Iverson Construction assists their clients in all phases of the project from land acquisition, architectural design and home construction as well as landscape design and installation. They are licensed by the state of California and carry workman’s compensation as well as general liability insurance.

Background

Iverson Construction, Inc. was founded in 1973 by Mike Iverson after almost 15 years of experience as a framer working under his father in the tract housing market. Mike began building custom homes as well as diversifying into residential remodeling, fire restoration, restaurant construction and commercial development. His son Brian joined him in the business in 1988 and took full control of the company in 2012 upon Mike's retirement after 40 years in the business. With upwards of 75 houses to their credit, Iverson Construction has earned a name for themselves as one of the premier custom home builders in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. They take great pride and enjoyment in their projects and maintain lasting relationships with their clients long after project completion.
