Background Iverson Construction, Inc. was founded in 1973 by Mike Iverson after almost 15 years of experience as a framer working under his father in the tract housing market. Mike began building custom homes as well as diversifying into residential remodeling, fire restoration, restaurant construction and commercial development. His son Brian joined him in the business in 1988 after attending Cal. State Northridge. With upwards of 75 houses to their credit, they have earned a name for themselves as one of the premier custom home builders in Ventura County. Together they take great pride and enjoyment in their projects and maintain lasting relationships with their clients long after project completion.
